Do you charge per user?
No. We charge based on slip count, not users. Add as many dockmasters, techs, and bookkeepers as you need.
What does migration cost?
Migrating from Dockmaster or Excel is included with all annual plans. Mid-year migrations are $0–$2,500 depending on data complexity.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes, anytime. Pro-rated. No re-implementation.
Is Marine OS HIPAA / SOC 2 compliant?
SOC 2 Type II in progress (Q4 2026). Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. EU customers hosted on EU infrastructure.
