How does the Dockwa integration work?
Inbound Dockwa bookings become Marine OS reservations in real time, and slip availability syncs from Marine OS to Dockwa's availability calendar. The customer is created or matched in the Marine OS unified customer record, payment and commission are tracked and reconciled, and cancellations and modifications sync in both directions. You set rate cards in Marine OS and Dockwa displays them.
