Marine OS

About

Building the operating system every marina runs on

Marine OS is modern marina management software. Currently in early access with US marina operators. Building toward Mediterranean Europe + Asia-Pacific over 2026-2027.

Why this exists

Marina software in 2026 is dominated by products built between 1995 and 2010 — Dockmaster, Marina Master, Pacsoft, and a handful of regional players. Each was thoughtfully designed for the era when marinas ran on a single back-office Windows tower + a paper binder for everything else. The architecture made sense then.

In 2026, the same operators are running modern phones, tablets, and 8 disconnected SaaS tools — channel manager, payment processor, email marketing, e-signature, accounting, fuel POS, restaurant POS, plus the legacy marina software underneath. The disconnect between "modern operations" and "1995-architecture core software" is where most operational pain lives today.

Marine OS is the modern alternative. Cloud-native. Mobile-first. Unified customer record across slips, boatyard, fuel, charter, brokerage, compliance, and IoT. One platform, one bill, one source of truth — replacing the disconnected stack.

Who builds it

Marine OS is built by a product team led by founder Nayan Patel, where engineering, product, and support work as one unit. That closeness is deliberate: it is how the platform shipped 38 modules in under a year, and why customer requests routinely reach production within weeks instead of quarters.

During early access, design-partner marinas work directly with that team — founder-level support and real input on what ships next. It is the level of attention larger vendors reserve for their biggest accounts, available here because early partners shape the product.

What stage we're at

Marine OS is in early access. The platform is operational across all 38 modules. We're recruiting design-partner marinas — currently US-focused, with Mediterranean + Asia-Pacific expansion planned for 2026-2027.

If you operate a marina, boatyard, yacht club, dry stack, or charter base, and you're evaluating modern alternatives to your current software, we'd like to hear from you. Design partners get free access during preview, direct input on the roadmap, and founder-level support.

How to reach us

The thesis behind the company

Marinas are a $15B+ global industry running on software from 1995. They're structurally durable assets — coastline doesn't move, the boating market grows slowly but steadily, and switching costs for marina customers are real. Yet software here lags every adjacent vertical (hotels, restaurants, self-storage) by 10-15 years.

The opportunity isn't to build a slightly-better Dockmaster. It's to build the unified-record cloud platform that fundamentally restructures how marinas operate — fewer tools, less duplicate work, better customer experience, more measurable operating leverage. That's Marine OS.
